Villages have preserved Indian culture, says Popatrao Pawar
Stressing the importance of preserving agriculture-based village culture for sustainable development, Popatrao Pawar, a social worker from Maharashtra and Padma Shri award winner, highlighted how villages safeguard Indian culture.
Citing the example of his village, Hiware Bazar, he described its success in achieving sustainable agriculture and self-sufficiency in food grain production while protecting the environment.
