Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a collection of 17 interlinked global goals designed to be a "blueprint to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all". The SDGs were set up in 2015 by the United Nations General Assembly and are intended to be achieved by 2030. They are also popularly referred to as Global Goals.

 

The 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are:

SDG1: No Poverty

SDG2: Zero Hunger

SDG3: Good Health and Well-being

SDG4: Quality Education

SDG5: Gender Equality

SDG6: Clean Water and Sanitation

SDG7: Affordable and Clean Energy

SDG8: Decent Work and Economic Growth

SDG12: Responsible Consumption and Production

SDG13: Climate Action
